Angelica started ballet when she was four. As she grew, so did her love of dance and she regularly explored new styles, wanting to learn as much as she could. She started choreographing solos and duets for competitions as a pre-teen and as she cultivated her craft and started teaching, she found choreographing to be a wonderfully creative outlet.

As a dance teacher and team coach for over ten years, she enjoyed spending time in the studio creating and refining pieces with her students.

Angelica is a classically trained vocalist and began her career on stage performing in a variety of musicals, plays, cabarets, dance productions, and opera showcases. For over fifteen years she performed regularly while also finding opportunities to expand her skillset off-stage and behind the scenes.
Over the years she has been a stage manager, director, producer, box office manager, company manager, and more. She also spent over five years attending and writing reviews for musicals, plays, and ballets performed throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Having spent the last decade working for non-profit performing arts organizations in numerous capacities, she understands many of the challenges they face.

All this to say, Angelica has been embedded in the performing arts world for most of her life. Studying, learning, and working alongside hundreds of other artists and professionals over the years all while witnessing and experiencing the highs and lows that come along with a life and career in this world.

Now she embarks on a new journey while continuing to serve the performing arts community as a performance psychology consultant and mental performance coach. Her goal is to provide support, guidance, and knowledge to performing artists at all levels so they can perform at their best.

While she believes in continuing her education and expanding her knowledge within the field of sport and performance psychology so she can best serve her clients, she knows the importance of doing things outside of and completely different from her work. She enjoys spending this time reading, singing, traveling, and hiking/spending time in nature, often with friends.
